Humility and how I attained it...

Proverbs 11:2
When pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with humility comes wisdom.

Our spiritual journey is often the winding road from saying goodbye to our over-indulgence in pride & self-sufficiency and learning to rest in an ever-present God-sufficiency. Failing along the way is often the only antidote to rouse us to our senses.

Many times we think we're 'there' (wherever 'there' is) only to start thinking,

"Did God do any of this, or has it just been me all along?"

Years ago Mac Davis wrote a fun song that pokes a hole in our inflated ego. What better way to watch it than with The Muppets!
